Crystal Hotel & Spa, Bakuriani

I had a somewhat mixed experience at Hotel Crystal in Bakuriani. The massage services and spa facilities were excellent, which made for a wonderfully relaxing time. However, the dining area was chaotic during breakfast, and I found the rooms to be a bit cramped. Although the stunning views made up for some of the downsides, the experience was less than ideal due to the crowded common areas and staff's indifference at times.
